Frank has focused his 25+ year career as a Certified Physician Assistant diagnosing and treating complex disease of the Brain and cervical, thoracic, lumbar spine. He is experienced with in-depth knowledge of conservative, non-surgical and surgical treatments in the outpatient and surgical setting. He completed his Bachelor of Science at Salisbury State University and Physician Assistant training at Anne Arundel Community College.
Financial assistance is available for patients who receive services from physicians employed by Luminis Health. Non-employed physicians follow their own policies and procedures.
