Community Health Fair

Luminis Health invites community members and families to attend our Annual Community Health Fair on Friday, June 12, 2026, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Heritage Baptist Church for a day of health, wellness and community.

As part of Community Health Improvement Week, this free event brings together local organizations, healthcare professionals, and community partners to provide health resources, wellness education, family-friendly activities, and opportunities to connect with services that support healthier living.

Hosted in collaboration with Heritage Baptist Church and Coaching Salud Holistica, the event is designed to support individuals and families of all ages in a welcoming and engaging environment.

Join Luminis Health for a Community Health Improvement Week celebration in collaboration with Heritage Baptist Church and Coaching Salud Holistica for a day of health, resources, family fun, and community connection. Enjoy a variety of free activties and resources including: Interactive Demonstrations, Health Screenings, Games, Health Education, Face Painting, and Community Resources.  Registration is not required, but highly encouraged. We can’t wait to see you there!
