Dr. Serena Zhang is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C) with over nine years of clinical experience, including seven years in cardiovascular surgery and extensive practice in outpatient cardiology. She earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) from the University of Maryland School of Nursing, where she developed strong expertise in advanced clinical decision-making and evidence-based practice.
Dr. Zhang is committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care by building meaningful relationships with patients, carefully listening to their concerns, advocating for optimal outcomes, and creating individualized treatment plans that are both effective and sustainable. She enjoys hiking, HITT class, cooking and spending time with her husband and her two dogs.
