Sedonna Brown, CRNP, is a board-certified family nurse practitioner. She began her nursing career working in critical care and the emergency department and has served in a variety of clinical and administrative nursing roles at Luminis Health Anne Arundel Medical Center since 1994.
Sedonna earned her Bachelor of Science in nursing from Johns Hopkins University. She received a Master of Science in nursing education from Bowie State University and a Master of Science in nursing from the family nurse practitioner program at Frostburg State University. She also earned a doctorate in education leadership from University of Maryland Eastern Shore.
In addition to caring for patients, Sedonna is passionate about education and has served as faculty at several Maryland colleges and universities. She currently serves as an adjunct associate professor at University of Maryland Global Campus.
Sedonna lives in Talbot County with her two sons. Outside of work, she enjoys volunteering, traveling, reading and spending time with family and friends.
