As a board-certified family nurse practitioner my role is to help patients meet their health care goals. While practicing the up to date evidenced based medicine, I use patient shared decision making to help guide the care plan. I strive to meet people where they are without judgment in a patient centered approach.

I hold a certification in obesity weight management and have worked extensively with adolescents and young adult populations in the area of disordered eating. I also hold a certification in aesthetic medicine and have a special interest in skin health. I have spent the last several years working in addiction medicine and am well versed in several treatment modalities.
