Care Philosophy Text
Maura Thomas, CRNP, is originally from Rochester, N.Y. She moved to Baltimore in 1997 and, after a successful career in marketing, found her true calling in medicine. Maura earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Maryland in 2015 and was inducted into the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing. She gained valuable experience working in both adult and pediatric emergency departments at Luminis Health before earning her Master of Science in Nursing from Georgetown University.
Maura is passionate about providing thorough, high-quality care and believes that patient education and engagement are key to achieving the best outcomes.
