Jaime Silvestri-Bliss, MS, DPT, earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology at The Catholic University of America in Washington, DC, her Master of Science in Physical Therapy at the University of Miami in Coral Gables, FL and her post-graduate Doctorate of Physical Therapy at Nova Southeastern University in Davie, FL. As a physical therapist at Anne Arundel Medical Center, she uses her extensive training and experience to improve quality of life for her patients, strengthening their pelvic floor muscles to ease pregnancy, post-partum and pelvic pain, and to help with urinary and fecal incontinence.
