Dr. Makas is a family medicine doctor. He began practicing on the Eastern Shore in 2000. He comes to AAMG River Family Physicians after spending four years with Shanahan & Ferguson Primary Care in Chestertown, Md. Dr. Makas works with patients of all ages to manage acute and chronic medical conditions. He believes that developing close relationships with his patients helps improve their overall wellbeing.
Financial assistance is available for patients who receive services from physicians employed by Luminis Health. Non-employed physicians follow their own policies and procedures.
