Aparna Ramaseshan, MD, is a Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgeon (FPMRS), board certified in obstetrics and gynecology. Dr. Ramaseshan joined the Women’s Center for Pelvic Health after completing her fellowship in Urogynecology/FPRMS at Hartford Hospital in Connecticut. Dr. Ramaseshan strives to provide patient-centered care with an emphasis on both surgical and medical management of pelvic floor disorders. With a passion for teaching and training, Dr. Ramaseshan has specific interest in surgical simulation and her research interests focus on improving the health of women with pelvic floor disorders. She is published in several journals and is proficient in Spanish and multiple Indian languages. In her free time, she enjoys the outdoors, riding her exercise bike and spending time with her family.
