In addition, she coordinates with the medical center’s clinical team, medical staff and members of the leadership team to set nursing and clinical strategies, and drive quality and operation excellence in clinical operations.

Prior to returning to LHAAMC, Frost held various nursing positions at the University of Maryland Medical System and the University of Maryland Baltimore Washington Medical Center. She received her bachelor’s degree from Georgetown University School of Nursing, as well as a Masters in Nursing and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Maryland.
