Experts at the Centering Healthcare Institute designed the Centering Pregnancy model of care to empower you in your health care. Evidence shows that CenteringPregnancy ® : Improves birth outcomes and breastfeeding rates Reduces racial disparities in preterm births Improves patient satisfaction You will make lifelong friendships in a Centering Pregnancy group! Ask your OB provider for more information if you are interested in enrolling in a group at one of our locations. What Participants Are Saying "Don’t hesitate—this was the highlight of my week!" "Highly recommend if you’re not 110% confident about any aspect of pregnancy, postpartum, or early parenting—or if you don’t have a support group." "I loved having two hours of dedicated time for my prenatal care and to be able to share experiences and questions with other moms. It felt much more fulfilling than a quick 10-minute prenatal appointment." "I have LOVED Centering. I appreciated having all the appointments scheduled at the onset, so I don’t have to worry about waiting in a waiting room. I also love the supportive atmosphere of moving through the experience with others going through the same thing. I would recommend this to anyone!" "This group made my pregnancy journey 100x more manageable. I learned so much information that I would’ve otherwise missed out on. The women were amazing and asked questions I wouldn’t have even thought of asking. If I could do this for every pregnancy I would!" Learn more about the program, Our Locations
