This is why we offer the option of a group prenatal care program called CenteringPregnancy ® ., CenteringPregnancy ® sessions take the place of the traditional 1:1 visits and allow you two hours of shared time with your OB provider. You will be grouped with a small number of other parents who are all due around the same time. During each of the ten Centering sessions, you will receive your health assessment, followed by a group discussion facilitated by your OB provider. You will learn more about your pregnancy, develop an instant support system, and become better prepared for your labor, birth, and postpartum experience.
