Erica S. Moncrief, MS, RHIA, serves as the Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer for Luminis Health. She brings more than 24 years of healthcare leadership experience, with deep expertise in information technology, digital transformation, and enterprise growth initiatives.
Erica is responsible for leading enterprise technology strategies that support Luminis Health’s strategic priorities and future growth. Her priorities include strengthening the organization's cybersecurity program, aligning technology investments with strategic goals, and optimizing systems to improve efficiency and care delivery. She is also focused on accelerating the adoption of artificial intelligence capabilities and enhancing key platforms, including the electronic health record and revenue cycle systems.
Before joining Luminis Health, Erica served as Vice President of Information Technology (IT) at Adena Health System, where she led all IT functions supporting more than 5,000 employees, 500 physicians, four hospitals, and six regional clinics.
Erica holds both a Master’s Degree in Health Informatics, Emphasis on Management in Health Care, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Information Management and Systems from The Ohio State University.
