Doordan Institute

Welcome to the Doordan Institute. If you’re affiliated with Luminis Health, specially designed rooms are available to you for both medical and community education.

Our 24,000-square-foot institute occupies the entire top floor of the building and offers an outdoor terrace with a commanding view of the Annapolis skyline. It houses a central conference room accommodating up to 400 people for lectures and events, plus five classrooms with video-conferencing capabilities, high definition projectors and wireless internet. One classroom is dedicated to live surgical viewing so our surgeons can offer continuing medical education to colleagues across the globe.

To reserve a conference room or classroom while on a Luminis Health networked device, please use our reservation portal. Whether you’re an experienced or first time user, our portal is fast and easy.

For first time users:

You will need to set up an account in our reservation portal:

• Click on the Request a Meeting link.
• Click on 'My Account'.
• Complete the information requested to create your account.

You will receive an email notice within 2 days stating your account is active.

Once your account is active or if you already have an existing account:

• Click on the Request a Meeting link.
• Click on 'My Account'.
• Fill in your User ID (your aahs.org account) and password.
• Complete the Reservation Form .

If you’d like to make corrections to your reservation after you submit your request, you must send your revised instructions by contacting the Doordan Institute.
