No-Show and Late-Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. This allows us to offer the appointment to another patient who may be waiting to see a provider.

We understand that emergencies can happen, and we will make every effort to work with you. If you are unable to provide 24-hour notice, please contact us as soon as you know you will not be able to make your scheduled appointment.

If you miss your appointment without notifying us, or provide less than 24 hours’ notice, a $35 fee may be charged.

If you miss your procedure, without notifying us, or provide less than 48 hours' notice, a charge of $100 or higher may be charged.
