2. Fill out your information or log in with your MyChart account.  

Complete a brief medical questionnaire explaining your symptoms, contact details, and insurance information.  

3. Join the line.  

A countdown will appear on the screen until your appointment time. You’ll also receive an email notification when your provider is ready to meet.  

4. Connect with a Provider  

Complete your consultation and get your personalized care plan and prescription, if needed.
