Dr. Howard is a board-certified plastic surgeon with extensive training and experience in both aesthetic and reconstructive surgery. He grew up in Anne Arundel County and graduated from Annapolis’ United States Naval Academy. After medical school at the Uniformed Services University of Medicine, he completed his general surgery and plastic surgery residencies at the Naval Medical Center in San Diego and the esteemed Emory University in Atlanta, respectively. He served as the Chief of Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery in Bethesda and the Plastic Surgery Consultant for the White House during his naval career. He is an expert in the full spectrum of breast reconstruction, limb salvage, and regenerative medicine, and has now joined the Luminis Health team, where he offers world-class care to patients in Anne Arundel County and beyond. He is passionate about enhancing the quality of life and self-esteem of his patients through aesthetic and reconstructive surgery.
